This home is a work of art, 5.25 inch solid Arctic Pine walls, each log cut lengthwise and laminated back to back, squared and triple notched, extreme quality. There is a great Ocean View, from both the lower and upper decks, a peaceful view that combines the Ocean & Tropical Paradise. The successful Vacation Rental we have run for the past 5 years is now threatened by our politicians, who say zoning prohibits short term rentals. We have another house (www.7121.com), on an adjoining 1.15 acres, which we would be living in, but we are also open to switching houses and leasing at $2,000-$2,500 instead. Our goal is to find a couple we really click with, who will be great neighbors, we want to simplify our life and are happy to live in either one of our two properties
